By creating an account or using LanderJet ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

Subscription and billing

LanderJet is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Hosting on your Cloudflare account

Published pages are hosted on your own Cloudflare account and are subject to Cloudflare's terms. Any Cloudflare fees or plan limits are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or is used for phishing, spam or fraud. You are responsible for the claims, products and offers on your pages, including any health, income or affiliate claims and required disclaimers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your already published pages keep running on Cloudflare even if our editor is unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
